LYNKIE TM FACE SCAN BIOMETRIC DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT
Lynkie Corp. (“Lynkie” “we” “us” “our”) may ask you to submit a photo of your face or allow our application to connect with your device camera and obtain a photo or face scan of you if you elect to use our services as a job applicant. All of these are referred to as a “face scan” in this privacy statement. This privacy statement describes Lynkie’s, and its vendors’, practices regarding such information. Please read this carefully.

Collection, Storage, and Use Lynkie and its vendors will collect, store, and use your face scan and related biometric information for purposes of generating your talking elevator pitch to help market your services and skills via our services, and security and fraud prevention in connection with our services.
- 2. Compliance with Applicable Law Lynkie and its vendors will collect, store, and use your face scan and related biometric information in accordance with this privacy statement and applicable law. Neither Lynkie nor its vendors will sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your face scan and related biometric information.
- 3. Disclosure Lynkie will not disclose, redisclose or otherwise disseminate your face scan and related biometric information to any other party (other than to users of the Lynkie platform for job applicants who view your talking elevator pitch, which may include other job applicants and prospective employers among its users) except in the following situations: (i) you consent to the disclosure; (ii) the disclosure completes a financial transaction requested or authorized by you; (iii) the disclosure is required by federal, state, or local law; or (iv) the disclosure is required by a valid warrant or subpoena.
- 4. Retention Lynkie will retain your face scan and related biometric information in accordance with applicable law. Absent a valid warrant or subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, Lynkie (itself and via its vendors) will retain your information until the earlier of: (i) your account on the Lynkie platform terminates; or (ii) 3 years from your last interaction with us.
