Lynkie Corp. (“Lynkie” “we” “us” or “our”) operates the [URL] website (the “Site”) and Lynkie mobile application (“Application”), any other website or mobile application that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we or our Site may collect about you, how we use or disclose your information, your rights related to your personal information and how we secure your information. By using or interacting with the Site, you accept and consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use or visit. 1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Personal information is information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact you as an individual. We collect personal information in the following ways:

Information you Provide to Us. You may make a “contact us” request via the Site and we ask for your name, email address and phone number to respond to you. We collect your email address when you sign up for any newsletters from us. We also collect your name, address, email address and phone number when you create an account, which will be secured by a user name and password you control.

We also have a separate biometric data privacy statement for applicants who provide face scans to use our services, which the applicant is required to agree to when they create an account with us. The statement, and not this Privacy Policy, applies to the biometric data described in it.

Information Collected Automatically. We may also automatically collect certain personal information when you visit or use the Site using pixels, cookies or similar tools. A “cookie” is a small data file stored on your browser if you visit the Site. We use pixels and cookies to collect information such as your device type, browser type, and IP address. We also track content you visit on the Site and duration on specific pages of the Site to help us improve your access to the Site and enhance our Site. Cookies also enable us to track your general location and similar information that typically remains in aggregate form and does not identify you individually. If such information does identify you, we will treat it as personal information subject to this Privacy Policy. • The Site also uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. that uses cookies to help us analyze how users navigate the Site. The information generated by this tool (including IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google in aggregate form and used to evaluate use of the Site, compile reports on Site activity and other services relating to Site usage. 2. How We Use Information We Collect.

We use information we collect, including your personal information, to make the Site and our services through the Site available. We also use such information to provide services, features and functionality you interact with on the Site, communicate with you, and support, manage, troubleshoot, protect and improve the Site and our related offerings. We may use your personal information to send you requested emails [and mailers] or administer and fulfill promotions you enter with us (for example, a discount when you sign up for our newsletter). Fee free to opt out of marketing messages in the individual email, but doing so will not affect our ability to continue to contact you regarding your existing or past business relationship with us, such as an open order.

4. Do-Not-Track Requests; Third-Party Tracking.

Unless your browser settings are configured to make your online activities and publicly available information about your online activities (such as traffic data as described above) invisible to usage analytics tools, we do not presently have the capability to omit you from usage analytics to the extent your browser sends us a “do not track” message. However, third parties, other than our vendors assisting with making the Site available do not have authorization from us to track your uses of the Site or track what other activities you may have engaged in before or after using the Site (for example, using a different website). That said, we cannot control third-party tracking and there may be some third-party tracking that occurs without our knowledge or consent.

5. Your Rights and Choices.

You can choose not to give us your personal information but in some cases, we will not be able to provide our products or services or respond to your questions or requests without certain information. You also have the following rights and choices with regard to your information and engagement with the Site:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by. Any such links are made available to you as a convenience, and you agree to use these links at your own risk. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party services. Consult their separate privacy policy in regard to their privacy practices.

7. Protecting Your Information.

We use physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclose. However, because no measure is ever 100% effective when transmitting information over the Internet, we do not guarantee that your information will be secure form theft, loss or unauthorized access.

8. Children.

The Site and our services are for adults. The Site is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of any such individual, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

9. Notice to Residents of Countries Outside the United States.

We are our related companies are located in the United States. Our services and the Site are not targeted at individuals outside the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your information will be accessed, transferred, stored and processed by us or our service providers in the United States where the data protection laws may differ from those in the country where you are located. By doing business with or interacting with the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and understand that such information will be stored and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the laws of the United States.

10. Notice to California Residents.

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business with whom the California resident has an established business relationship what types of personal information, if any, the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third parties and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not currently share any personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such parties. We reserve the right to change or replace this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion at any time and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised policy on the Site and indicated by the last updated date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
